At ELMS, he provides direction on the work we do for high-performance orientation with coaches and sports administrators. His expertise helps us create a pool of high-performance oriented professionals who can contribute to sports development in India across all levels.

Vita Dani

Vita Dani is a sports entrepreneur and philanthropist. She is the Co-owner of the ‘Chennaiyin FC’ whose vision has been the silent force behind Chennaiyin FC’s two Indian Super League (ISL) titles (2015 and 2017-18). She is also the Chairperson of 11SPORTS – a company formed to promote and develop Table Tennis in India as well as aims for an Olympic medal for India by 2024 in Table Tennis. Vita Dani is also a Former President of MCDTTA (Mumbai City District Table Tennis Association), a Patron of the Maharashtra state Table Tennis Association, on the Advisory Board of Annamrita – a Mid-Day meal initiative by ISKCON as well as deeply involved with National Association for Blind (NAB).

Kamlesh Mehta

An Indian Table Tennis legend, Kamlesh is a 2-time Olympian (1988 & 1994) and 8-time national TT champion. He was the National coach for TT between 1998 and 2016. A mentor to promising Indian Table Tennis stars, Kamlesh is a respected coach in the Indian sports ecosystem.

Monalisa Barua Mehta

The first woman Arjuna Awardee from the North East, she is a Director in ELMS Sports Foundation. A national Indian Table Tennis champion, she represented India from 1978 to 1991. Monalisa Barua Mehta is a 12-time state champion and also a National Games and Commonwealth Championships medalist. She has been a coach ever since she retired. Through her involvement at ELMS, she is relentlessly working for the betterment of India's sporting setup.

Jalaj Dani

He is a co-promoter of Asian Paints Ltd. He spent over 2 decades in various capacities with the Company which is Asia's third largest paint company and amongst the top ten paint manufacturers in the world.

He is the Chairman of the Society and Board of Governors for Indian Institute of Management (Tiruchirapalli, Tamil Nadu), and is a Board member of the National Skill Development Agency (NSDA) as well as a part of the Pradhan Mantri Kaushalya Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) Steering Committee, both of which function under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship of India.

He mentors Sportscom, a not-for-profit apex industry body to promote the business of manufacturers of sports goods and service providers to the sports sector.

Jalaj Dani is a Trustee of Tribhuvandas Foundation, today better known as AMUL. He is the Vice President of Kapadwanj Kelavani Mandal, which aims to provide affordable and quality education in Kheda and Anand districts of Gujarat, India. Lastly, he is involved closely with HN Reliance Foundation Hospital.
